Ashurst invites applications for training contracts from graduates
of all disciplines at any stage in their careers, beginning in
September 2012 and March 2013.
These pages explain:
• who we are;
• what a trainee solicitor does;
• what to expect during your training;
• what we expect in our trainees; and
• what you can expect of us.
If you have not yet made up your mind about applying to us, you are
welcome at any time to visit our offices and talk to our current
trainees. That way, you can find out at first hand what we are
like. We would also encourage you to find out about us
from people who have worked on our placement schemes, from
careers advisers, tutors, colleagues in business - and
from anyone else who might know of us. Then, you can start to
build up a true picture of what it is like to work at Ashurst.
Not everyone is suited to our culture and working environment, so
this brochure tries to paint as objective a picture as possible. We
hope it will help you decide whether or not you want to seek a
training contract with us. If you do choose us, we look forward to
hearing from you.
