Maansi Gupta Khotkar is a senior associate in the employment group in Melbourne.
She advises across all aspects of employee and industrial
relations, including enterprise bargaining, employment contracts
and policies, industrial action, management of workplace grievances
and investigations, termination of employment, post-employment
restraints, and equal opportunity and discrimination.
Maansi also undertakes employment and industrial litigation
including unfair dismissal claims, and represents clients in
defending equal opportunity and discrimination complaints.
Maansi's experience in employment law has been enhanced by
extensive secondments to the in-house human resources legal team of
a major public corporation. She has recently acted for
companies in the retail, resources, manufacturing and communication
sectors, and government bodies.
