David Mason is a partner in the banking and finance group in
Sydney.

David specialises in structured and project finance transactions
and debt capital market and securitisation issues. He acts
for issuers, arrangers, lenders and the major independent trustee
companies. His recent experience includes advising ANZ on
complex pre-sales contracts securitisations, advising Barclays in
relation to warehouse facilities for various non-conforming home
loan lenders including Bluestone's reverse mortgage product and as
liquidity facility provider on various term issues and advising
Société Générale as arranger and agent for the project finance of
Paladin Resources uranium mine in Namibia.
David is a member of AFMA's Debt Capital Markets documentation
sub-committee and lectures in the Masters of Law debt financing
course at the University of Sydney.
