Bruce Dyer is a partner in the corporate group in Melbourne. Bruce specialises
in company law and governance, corporate, government, mergers and
Bruce Dyer's practice focuses on public company takeovers and
schemes of arrangement, but also covers general corporate law and
Bruce has advised on many high profile takeovers. He has extensive
experience conducting proceedings before the Takeovers Panel and
was seconded to the Panel in 2006 to act as its General Counsel.
Bruce has published widely in the areas of corporate law and
administrative law, including as co-author of a leading text.
He also teaches a postgraduate course on takeovers.
