Simone is a senior associate in the Energy, transport and infrastructure department in the Milan office. He specialises in project finance, PPP and M&A. He has advised sponsors, lenders and private equity funds on leading projects both in Italy and overseas, including: renewable energy projects (wind, solar, hydro, biomass), conventional energy IPPs, LNG plants, gas storage, toll roads, rails, undergrounds, hospitals, schools.

He also has experience in acquisition finance, property finance, asset finance, company law, commercial law and contracts (EPC, O&M, PPA, etc.), national and international litigation.
