Silvia Sandrin is a senior associate in the corporate department in Milan office. She specialises in corporate and real estate.

Silvia advises international and domestic multinationals in M&A deals in Italy, specifically in the areas of shares and business sales and purchases, joint ventures and corporate restructuring.

In addition, Silvia has significant expertise in all forms of real estate work (acting for developers, property companies and corporates) and in M&A deals in Italy, particularly real estate acquisitions. She also has considerable experience of landlord and tenant-related transactions and general commercial property work.
