Harvey Weaver is partner in the energy, transport and infrastructure department in Tokyo. He has considerable experience of PPP, energy and infrastructure projects across a variety of jurisdictions. Prior to joining our Tokyo office, Harvey spent time working in Hong Kong, London and Singapore where he has accumulated particular experience in transportation(roads and ports in particular) and energy projects as well as advising on transactions in the accommodation, education and health sectors. In transactions Harvey has worked on in various jurisdictions he has taken lead roles in advising sponsors, contractors and funders (commercial and multilateral) on both the project development and financing aspects of transactions, enabling him to identify and deal with the key issues across the transaction as a whole.

As well as being qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales, Harvey is admitted as a Gaikokuho Jimu Bengoshi in Japan. He is a member of the Dai-Ichi Bar Association of Japan.
