Mark Sperotto is managing partner of the Milan office and specialises in corporate law.

He has broad expertise covering all aspects of corporate, investment funds, private equity and investment banking, and has extensive experience of operating in both the UK and Italian markets, covering a wide range of market sectors and transaction types.

His particular areas of expertise are in cross-border M&A, joint ventures and leveraged buy-outs, fund establishment and constitution, international corporate finance and equity capital markets transactions, and he has a broad base of corporate, private equity and investment banking clients both in the UK and in Italy.
