Martin Wright is a partner in the real estate department in London and specialises in all aspects of real estate law. He has particular expertise in large-scale urban regeneration projects including redevelopments at Canary Wharf, Paddington Basin, Stratford and Silvertown London, property development and head office lettings and disposals throughout London. He also has considerable experience in mortgage portfolio acquisitions and mortgage-backed securitisation.
