Angela Pearson is a partner in the litigation department in London. She has extensive experience in conducting commercial litigation in the English High Court, including shareholders disputes and disagreements arising from corporate acquisitions and disposals. Angela also has experience in other forms of dispute resolution, including expert determination and mediation.

In addition, Angela has specialist experience in pensions litigation, restraint of trade and breach of confidence disputes, fraud claims and defamation and reputation management issues.
