Jeremy N. Sheldon is a partner in the corporate department in London and heads up the investment funds group. He has developed an extensive investment funds practice having advised on the formation of private equity, mezzanine, corporate recovery, biotechnology, high technology and property funds and carried interest incentive arrangements for fund management teams.

He is Vice-Chair of the Specialised Investment Funds Sub-Committee of the International Bar Association and a member of the Association of Partnership Practitioners. Jeremy is also part of a working group of the Association involved in commenting on proposals for reform of the Limited Partnership Act 1907.
