Emanuela Tardella heads the Competition and EU law department in Milan and specialises in all aspects of EU and Italian competition law, in particular merger control, cartels and abuse of a dominant position, and issues arising out of commercial agreements and practices.

Emanuela has substantial experience representing national and international clients, operating in numerous and diverse sectors, in investigation proceedings before the Italian Competition Authority and in cases before the national administrative and/or civil courts.
