Paola Flora is head of the Italian Tax department in Milan.
She has extensive experience in relation to tax implications in
domestic/cross-border M&A, leveraged finance and structured
finance transactions, project finance, domestic/cross-border
corporate reorganisations and debt restructuring transactions. In
addition, Paola has widespread experience in the structuring of
real estate investment funds, REITS, private equity investment
funds, mezzanine funds and in tax litigation.
She has published several articles in Italian and international tax
journals and holds the office of statutory auditor in several
Italian and multinational companies.
