Michael Madden is managing partner of the litigation department. He also heads the real estate litigation practice.  Michael has considerable expertise in the enforcement of all types of commercial property agreements including development agreements, security and funding documents, leases, joint venture and limited partnership agreements.  His general commercial practice includes administrative law and judicial review, professional negligence and company shareholder disputes.

In addition, Michael has experience advising on commercial landlord and tenant disputes including rent reviews dilapidations and service charge disputes and insolvency and receivership issues.  He has a significant domestic arbitration practice and is an Accredited Mediator (CEDR) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
