Ian Johnson is a partner in the tax department in London and specialises in UK tax. He has wide-ranging experience of dealing with the UK tax aspects of corporate acquisitions and reconstructions, and the structuring of funds for a variety of asset classes.

In addition, Ian is co-author of Butterworths Taxation of Loan Relationships and Derivatives and is a member of the Law Society International Tax Sub-Committee.
