Our Singapore office opened in 1996 and plays a key role in
providing our clients in Asia with the highest standards of
service. There are currently over 20 lawyers in the office
including 7 partners. Matthew Bubb is the managing
partner in Singapore.
The Singapore office works particularly closely with Ashurst's
other offices in Asia and the Middle East to provide a seamless
service to our clients across the region.
The Singapore office focuses on banking and finance (corporate,
structured, project, trade, asset, leveraged), project development, energy and natural resources (power, oil, gas, LNG, petrochemicals, mining, CBM), infrastructure (including public
private partnerships), M&A and corporate, restructuring, and international arbitration and
dispute matters throughout Asia and the Middle East.
