Ashurst expands European securitisation team with Paris partner appointment

    Agathe joins from Linklaters and specialises in advising French and European banks, funds and corporates on structured finance transactions. She has considerable experience in domestic and multijurisdictional securitisation deals backed by various asset classes, project bonds, covered bonds, Sociétés de Financement de l’Habitat, real estate financing, FinTech and public-private partnership financing deals.

    Agathe also joins with counsel Aurélien Fournier and associate Lucien Jarry.
