Nick is a partner in the corporate group in London and has over 20 years' corporate advisory experience across a broad range of industries including in particular clients operating in the financial services and real estate sectors. Nick advises on acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, private capital investment, internal restructurings and strategic partnerships in each case across a variety of jurisdictions. Nick has extensive experience advising on transactions concerning the transfer of bank lending and asset management businesses for regulated clients in this sector and also on the acquisition, disposal and joint venturing of real estate assets within onshore and offshore corporate wrapper structures including partnerships, unit trusts and special purpose corporate structures.
