Joe is a member of our global projects and energy transition team and is based in our Paris office. Joe is qualified as both a solicitor in England & Wales and as a French avocat.
Joe is an experienced banking and finance lawyer focusing on complex cross-border transactions. Joe advises lenders, sponsors, governments and multilateral institutions on a range of transactions including project finance, sovereign debt, export finance and commodity and trade finance deals, with a focus on emerging markets.
